Location: Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 0BS. Onsite or Hybrid: Hybrid

At Babcock, you can play your part as an Operational Planner, supporting the planning and delivery of Maintenance, Repair and Operations activities across a range of military platforms and equipment.
Role
You will plan, resource and deliver maintenance workloads using ERP systems. Collaborate with Operations and support teams to manage capacity, mitigate risks, and provide decision‑making information.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Plan Maintenance, Repair and Operations workloads using ERP systems and associated tools.
* Assess capacity, skills, materials, facilities, tooling and work‑centre productivity to create achievable plans.
* Identify risks, dependencies and constraints and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
* Produce accurate management information on scenarios, status and performance.
* Ensure planning data, material assessments and job pack documentation are completed accurately and on time.
* Build strong working relationships with Operations and support teams to enable successful delivery.
Essential Experience
* Experience using an ERP system for scheduling or operational planning.
* Experience working with and analysing large volumes of data.
* Understanding of the planning cycle within a Maintenance, Repair and Operations environment.
* Experience creating or working with performance metrics and management information.
Qualifications
Educated to Level 3 or equivalent (e.g., advanced apprenticeship, NVQ, A‑level, IB Diploma or equivalent workplace experience).
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance. The role is subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
