The Medical People Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading independent, nurse-led renal care provider delivering life-saving kidney care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales.
As part of a respected international renal network, our client works in close partnership with the NHS, using cutting-edge technology in welcoming, modern environments to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston.

The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position where you will:
âś” Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic
âś” Ensure a seamless, patient-focused experience
âś” Lead and inspire a team of nurses and support staff
âś” Liaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies (including CQC)
âś” Drive quality improvement initiatives
âś” Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development
âś” Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory systems (including KLoE)
âś” Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
âś” NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications
âś” CQC Manager registration (or willingness to obtain)
âś” Proven clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
âś” Strong interpersonal and communication skills
âś” A hands-on, value-driven leadership style
âś” Excellent organisational and change-management skills
âś” Evidence of continued professional development (renal care desirable)
