They are urgently looking for a dynamic and driven National Account Executive to join their Sales team and take responsibility for managing and growing sales across new and existing accounts. On Offer * Basic salary will be circa £40K to £50K * Discretionary & EOT Bonus * Matched pension contributions (up to 5%) * Healthcare & life cover * Work from home on Fridays * 23 days holiday (increasing with service) What You’ll Do * Building and maintain fundamental customer relationships * Manage and grow sales across new and existing accounts * Identify and secure new business opportunities * Oversee stock levels and contract balances, ensuring smooth supply and reporting Candidate Requirements * 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant business discipline * Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience managing UK Retailers (FMCG or food industry preferred) * Own Label/Private Label experience will be advantageous * Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills * Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially driven If you’re tenacious, ambitious, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment, we’d love to hear from you...
