Location & Working Hours
King’s Cross, London. Full time. Sundays & Mondays off. Flexible schedule Tuesday‑Saturday, late‑night Thursday‑Saturday (1‑3 am close).

Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work with senior management to oversee an exceptional floor team in this busy high‑volume destination restaurant. You will help manage service, ensure everything runs smoothly, coach and develop the team, and provide guests with an engaging and inspiring environment. You will also act as a host, adding personality and theatre to the guest experience, while thriving in a demanding, high‑energy setting.
Qualifications & Experience
* Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Floor Manager, ideally in a similar lifestyle, high‑volume or high‑end destination restaurant, or the boutique hotel sector
* Highly motivated and proactive, acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
* Strong knowledge and interest in exceptional food, drinks and serviceExcellent understanding and experience in restaurant operations
* Experience training teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain consistent standards
* Passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to inspire and motivate the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesive and supportive working environment
* Experience in Spanish and Mexican cuisine preferred, and/or open‑fire cooking
* Solid wine & beverage knowledge (WSET Level 2 preferred)
* Experience with HR procedures
