Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician
Location: Nottingham area
Pay Range: up to £46,500 plus excellent package
Contract Type: Permanent
We are recruiting for a Global manufacturer.
We are looking for a hands-on, Mechanically Biased Engineers, to maintain a production manufacturing site, which produces an outstanding industry leading products. Its a global manufacturing company, processing and packing thousands of units every day. This is world-class manufacturing and your chance to join a growing site.
Key Responsibilities - Mechanical Engineering Technician
* To service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe manner
* To examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements, you can lead - you have the autonomy and freedom to improve your working environment
* Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules
* Keep the site running to world-class standards
Qualifications & Requirements - Mechanical Engineering Technician
* ONC in Mechanical Engineering
* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing
* Or equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background
