Business Analyst
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
Location: London (largely remote)

We are partnering with a business that truly understands and values the importance of a strong Business Analysis function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global D365 Finance & Operations implementation programme, work on large-scale enterprise migrations and new system implementations that will transform the organisation.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, challenge and document clear business requirements.
* Support the successful delivery of the D365 F&O implementation and associated projects.
* Analyse existing processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
* Map end-to-end business processes and understand data flows across systems and functions.
* Partner with technical and non-technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and requirements.
* Produce high-quality documentation, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership.
1. What We’re Looking For:
* BCS qualification or similar professional certification.
* Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O preferred) or similar platforms.
* Demonstrated strength in Business Analysis: Eliciting, translating, simplifying and prioritising requirements
* A solid understanding of finance or procurement processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* A pragmatic and proactive approach to delivering.
