The Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help run the daily operations of the restaurant, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of excellent service while maintaining company standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and creating a fun and energetic environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
* Assist with training and motivating front-of-house and kitchen staff.

* Assist with managing staff scheduling, labour costs, and productivity.
* Control inventory and oversee ordering of food and supplies.
* Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
