This role positions you to apply state-of-the-art generative AI to enhance real-time sales execution while shaping long-term market forecasting strategies. You will deploy AI systems that deliver comprehensive insights during live customer engagements and forecasting models that anticipate market movements with exceptional precision. Your contributions will directly influence sales conversion rates and ensure forecast accuracy, with models that adjust dynamically as market conditions shift.
What You Will Be Doing
* AI-Powered Sales Execution: Apply GenAI technologies directly to support and elevate the execution of daily sales operations.
* Strategic Sales Forecasting and Market Intelligence: Manage sophisticated analytics initiatives that leverage AI to project long-term market dynamics and sales outcomes.
* Champion AI Integration: Spearhead efforts to implement AI-enabled tools that provide sales teams with real-time assistance during customer engagements and negotiation processes.
Account Executive Key Responsibilities
* Deliver substantial enhancements in sales efficiency and effectiveness by creating and deploying AI-powered sales technologies.
Basic Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in advanced generative AI (proficiency with multiple AI platforms, ability to automate workflows and build custom GPTs). Experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not meet this requirement.
* Minimum of 3 years of B2B software sales experience.
Compensation and Work Arrangements
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. Compensation for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. The position requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
