We are looking for self-employed plate drivers to join us. You will be responsible for collection and delivering vehicles for our busy used car dealership.
You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles at the customer's home prior to purchase. Whilst you do not need to be a trained mechanic, a good general knowledge of cars in general would be a clear advantage.
You will use public transport to get to jobs, with all travel expenses and insurance covered by us, and you will receive an agreed hourly rate for your time.
This is a part-time roll and the hours will vary, but we would anticipate an average of 2-3 days per week. The role would suit someone who is ex-motor trade looking for part-time work to kep busy,
* Training will be provided.
* Monday to Friday and the potential for Saturdays.
* Insurance and travel expenses are all covered.
Requirements;
* A full driving licence held for over 5 years with no more than 3 penalty points
* Candidate must be over 30 years of age for insurance purposes.
* General knowledge of cars would be an advantage.
* Good people skills.
