Position : Primary Teacher Assistant (Full-Time)
Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:
* To be democratic, tolerant, frank, as well as have critical and logical thinking, high erudition and sense of humor;
* Bachelor's degree in pedagogical field.
* 1 year of experience in the appropriate field is mandatory.
* Ability to use modern educational and electronic equipment (smart boards, tablets, computers, etc.) in the classroom.
* Fluent in Azeri, B1 or B2 level English languages.
* Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages.

* To establish effective communication with students and parents, school leaders, teachers and support staff.
Main responsibilities:
* Support students’ learning by being actively involved in the lesson and working with small groups of children on tasks.
* Support the teacher in all aspects of the lessons as directed.
* Be prepared for lessons by reading lesson plans prior to the onset of lessons. Be clear in your role and clarify with teachers if necessary.
* Assist in the delivery of effective lessons.
* Assist under the direction of the teacher with assessment of group work.
* To participate in the compilation of reports by the teacher and/or parents’ meetings.
* To support morning registration times and/or Self-Directed Learning lessons, in necessary cases to explain lessons.
* Be responsible for the welfare of all students of MTK in the class and around the school campus.
* Share supervision of students in the school during break periods as per duty rota.
* Contribute to the schools after school Clubs programme each term by leading or supporting a club.
* Assist with the preparation of materials for lessons including digital texts.
* Ensure effective displays are created in line with school policies and under the guidance of the teaching team.
* Secretarial duties (including filing and photocopying).
* Adhere to the school code of conduct, including dress code.
