The Creative Industries School at Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Manager - Creative Arts to lead and manage the curriculum area and be an active member of the School Management Group (SMG).
The Curriculum Manager and other members of SMG are responsible for effectively applying College procedures including student monitoring, staff appraisals, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. You will drive growth and manage changes to the curriculum as required, ensure full compliance with funding body regulations and act as a Safeguarding Officer for the School and specifically at the Creative Industries Centre site.
The role carries with it a professional responsibility to be a highly competent user of key College systems and to be thoroughly acquainted with all College policies and procedures.
As our Curriculum Manager, we would like you to hold a degree or equivalent in an applicable art & design subject (preferably digital arts, graphic design or photography) and hold a management qualification (or willing to work towards). Recognised as an effective teacher, you will hold a teaching qualification and have a proven track record of improving and managing a high-quality curriculum.
