Role Overview: We are seeking a Security Pass Administrator to join our globally renowned clients Global Security team, supporting operations outsidethe United States. This role plays a vital part in ensuring secure accessforemployeesandcontractors,workingwithinanestablishedteamtodeliveranefficientand compliant badging service worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: IssuesecureIDbadgesfornewstartersandexistingstaff,includingcardproduction,stock control, shipment preparation, and mailbox management.
Respondpromptlytoaccessandbadge-relatedrequests,liaisingwithinternalteamsand external suppliers as required.
Maintainandtestprintingequipment,escalatinganytechnicalissuestoITor colleagues.
Ensurecompliancewiththeclientandhostnationdataprotectionandsecuritypolicies, safeguarding sensitive information.
Contributeideasforprocessimprovementstoenhancetheefficiencyofthebadging programme.
Essential Requirements: EligibletomeetBaselinePersonnelSecurityStandard(minimumfiveyearsUK residency).
Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,withproficiencyincommonIT applications.
Abilitytomanagemultipletaskseffectivelyinafast-paced environment.
ValidUKdrivinglicenceandpassport(proofofIDandaddressrequiredat interview).
