Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based at a commercial office building in Canary Wharf, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an AP Electrical Maintenance Engineer with previous or current HVAP/LVAP experience to work on a static commercial site, carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a critical or high-profile environment. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:00 am 17:00 pm Key Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems Electrical maintenance including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, and power distribution Emergency lighting testing and maintenance Monitor and operate BMS systems, including hot & cold temperature checks Carry out maintenance on pumps, motors, chillers, and pressurisation units Complete minor plumbing works including unblocking toilets and basic repairs Maintain and update compliance records and site logbooks Carry out general building fabric maintenance when required Diagnose faults across building services equipment and proactively resolve issues Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures Maintain professional communication with client staff and site management Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors on site Remain flexible and assist with additional maintenance duties within skill set when required Package: Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Call-Out: xxuwjjq 1 in 7 Plenty of overtime available 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension scheme Further training and development opportunities Excellent career progression opportunities Requirements: Electrically qualified City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Previous or expired HVAP or LVAP certification Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled across electrical, mechanical, and general building services Strong communication and client-facing skills Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates Please send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information and to avoid missing out on this opportunity!
