What’s the job?
Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and product guidance. Assist with stock management and merchandising. Help customers with home improvement projects, including paint-mixing and timber cutting training where applicable. Contribute to a welcoming store environment and support sales activities.
What We Need
Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little obsessed with home improvement. You’ll be friendly and outgoing, enjoy helping others, and be comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’ll work well in a team and be flexible to a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
