Job Responsibility:

Hotel Sales Office Manager - 4 Star Hotel - Salary £33,500 p.a

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead and motivate the sales office team. This person will be responsible for driving sales and growing the business, developing team members, reporting, reviewing rates and working on and setting up packages to ensure the hotel goes from strength to strength.

This is a demanding role in a very busy hotel. Exceptional customer service is to be delivered at all times ensuring all sales opportunities and future leads are followed through to achieve budgeted targets by maximising revenue at all times.

This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Hotel

A stunning beachfront hotel in the heart of Hythe, Kent. This award winning property has refurbished all bedrooms and has planning permission approved for refurbishing the leisure centre and spa areas in 2023. With multiple F&B Outlets, Conference rooms and a fabulous Ballroom with Sundecks this truly is an amazing property.

The Person

The successful Sales Office Manager will have the following:

* Experience as a Sales Office Manager
* Proven track record of managing a successful sales team
* Be able to implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
* Identify new revenue and sales opportunities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good working knowledge of Opera or similar system

Please note this position is 40 hours a week. You will also be required to be flexible and work around events taking place and booked appointments.

Pay: £33,500.00 per year
