Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence
Skills and Education:
* Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-3years+ PQE within this specific area.
* Experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in complex transactions
* Proven relationship management and business development skills with a track record of securing and retaining clients
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to supporting the growth of junior colleagues
