The Role: Our client is currently looking for a passionate and qualified Nail & Beauty Tutor to deliver City & Guilds qualifications as part of their study programmes. In this role, you will teach the Introduction to Nail & Beauty Sector course, supporting young learners to gain practical skills and industry knowledge. As the Nail & Beauty Tutor you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor learner progress, and ensure high-quality teaching and assessment that leads to strong achievement rates. Nail & Beauty Tutor - Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning Develop effective schemes of work that support individual learning needs Create engaging lesson plans and group learning activities Deliver inclusive teaching through effective differentiation Teaching & Learner Support Deliver curriculum-based training to individuals and groups Set clear objectives and targets for learner achievement Provide one-to-one support where required Encourage, guide, and support learners to achieve their goals Manage behaviour effectively within the learning environment Mark work, maintain records, and ensure learners are assessment-ready Track attendance, progress, and learner development Monitoring & Quality Improvement Follow the education inspection framework and company quality standards Maintain accurate learner records using CRM and ePortfolio systems Participate in monthly caseload reviews and standardisation meetings Undertake Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Embed safeguarding, Prevent, and learner wellbeing into all delivery Work closely with the Quality team to maintain high standards Team Collaboration Work closely with colleagues to ensure learners progress to positive outcomes Build relationships with external organisations supporting learners Attend team meetings and share feedback to improve delivery Essential Requirements Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy PTLLS/CTLLS (or equivalent teaching qualification) GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above or equivalent) Desirable DTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification) Paul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
