About The Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes. Your attention to detail and caring nature will ensure residents live in a hygienic and comfortable setting. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, your kindness and professionalism will shine through.
What We Are Looking For
Experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues. A considerate and kind approach is essential in this role.
Safeguarding
All staff must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. Safeguarding training will be provided, and staff are expected to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
