Product Manager Contract | Remote | UK Public Sector Project OVERViEW We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a multidisciplinary delivery team supporting a key business area within the project. This successful candidate will work within one of our delivery teams working closely with the client delivering a data-led workstream as part of a major strategic change programme. You will be responsible for managing products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet user needs, business objectives, and Government Digital standards. Key Responsibilities Define and frame business problems in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure user-centred solutions. Develop and maintain product strategy aligned to lifecycle stage and organisational priorities. Set product direction and priorities within a multidisciplinary team. Work closely with digital, data and operational teams to ensure effective product support and sustainability. Build commercially sound business cases linked to user needs and measurable outcomes. Ensure products align with Government Digital standards and public sector best practice. Mandatory Requirements To be considered, you must demonstrate: Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering user-centred digital products/services. Strong experience working within multidisciplinary digital and data teams. Experience collaborating with user researchers and applying user research to product decisions. Ability to build and manage business cases linked to commercial outcomes and value delivery. Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, including operational design and ongoing product support. Experience working within UK public sector / Government Digital environments. Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and Government Digital standards. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage change.
