Key Responsibilities
As part of the brigade, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
8. Running your section efficiently, preparing and cooking dishes to the required standard
9. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen controls at all times
10. Ensuring dishes leaving your section are consistently high quality
11. Managing mise en place and keeping your workstation organised
12. Working collaboratively with the wider team and supporting other sections when needed
