Nursery Room Leader – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Atherton
Daily Pay Rate: £89.44 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? A friendly and well-established nursery in Atherton is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join their dedicated team. This nursery prides itself on providing a child-led, play-based learning environment that supports independence and creativity in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily organisation and smooth running of your designated nursery room.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all EYFS areas.
* Support, guide, and motivate other practitioners to maintain high-quality practice and consistency.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met.
* Uphold strong standards in safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS compliance at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Demonstrated experience within an early years setting, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a supportive and professional approach.
* A genuine passion for early years education and creating enriching learning experiences.
