We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record of developing long-term customer relationships, ideally in the EPOS or retail software industry.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, working to ensure they are realising the full value of our solutions. From driving adoption of our latest features to cross-selling new modules and services youll play a key role in customer success, revenue growth, and long-term retention.
The role will also focus on migrating clients to our integrated payments solution, ClearAccept, using a consultative and strategic approach to influence decision-making and adoption.
