The Role: To assist the Royalty Accounting Manager in providing comprehensive, accurate and timely royalty accounting to Buck’s writers, clients and sub publishing partners. This is an entry level position, Ideally suited to someone looking for their first or 2nd career move. Key Responsibilities: Setting up new royalty clients in the royalty systems. Reconciliation and posting of client transactions – payments, advances etc. Sending royalty statements to clients. Dealing with writer and client queries regarding statements and accounting. Raising royalty payments with the finance team. Helping to clear calculation errors and suspense from the system. Liaise with Royalties accounting manager & COO to ensure accurate royalty reporting. Assisting the royalty processing team as needed during busy periods. Ad hoc duties as needed. Skills and Experience: Computer literate with strong Word and Excel Skills. Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy. Organisational and communication skills are also essential. Customer service experience desirable. Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and can work as part of a team as well as independently.
