Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, L&D Co-ordinator for a 3 month temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Deliver high-quality, professional, and responsive customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, including learners, trainers, and consultants.
* Act as the first point of contact for learner enquiries (phone, email, and other correspondence), ensuring timely and accurate responses in line with organisational standards and operating procedures.
* Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy of course cohorts, learner records, and communication templates.
* Support external trainers with the smooth delivery of virtual training courses (Zoom / MS Teams), managing daily set-up and liaising with IT to resolve technical issues quickly.
* Provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external trainers delivering classroom-based training programmes.
* Review and update course materials proactively as new programmes are introduced, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with organisational branding.
Profile:
The successful temporary, L&D Coordinator will have at least 2 years experience working within a similar capacity and will have had exposure to LMS.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Marketing firm based in the City of London. You will work remotely but will need to be in the office on an ad hoc basis.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary L&D Co -ordinator role will be paying circa £15-19 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
