Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and other success metrics. You will recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to ensure the store’s success, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, and create a shopping experience that delights customers every time.
Responsibilities:
* Drive LFL growth in sales and KPIs
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability
* Follow instructions from senior retail team members
* Develop, review, and appraise your team based on KPIs; manage poor performers
* Ensure brand integrity through appropriate behaviors and uniform standards
* Control payroll and store expenditures within budget
* Train and induct your team to deliver excellent customer service
