Food Technologist
Location: Dungannon
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the Food Technologist will be responsible for ensuring product safety, compliance, and innovation and supporting the technical manager in daily duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring production processes, audits and quality control procedures.
* Ensuring compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS, allergens, labelling).
* Training production staff on hygiene and SOPs.
* Maintaining supplier approval and traceability systems.
* Managing non-conformances, complaints and technical customer queries.
* Conducting sensory evaluations and assisting with NPD feedback.
* Preparing reports and KPI updates for senior management.
