Registered Manager – Childrens Home Location: Southend on Sea Salary: Up to £65,000 Start Date: ASAP The Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Registered Manager to lead the home and guide it toward achieving its first Ofsted inspection rating. This is an exciting opportunity to put your stamp on a new service and build a high-quality, child-focused culture from the ground up. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the children receive the highest standards of care and support while leading and inspiring a dedicated staff team.
