About The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of the organisation, helping ensure services run smoothly and efficiently for customers and colleagues alike. Working as a trusted partner and brand ambassador, you'll support the Executive Team to perform their best by providing proactive, high‑level administrative, organisational and strategic support, enabling effective leadership and decision‑making.
Through expert diary management, coordination of meetings and clear information flow, you’ll help protect priorities that directly support the customer journey. By anticipating challenges, managing competing demands and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure the organisation stays focused on delivering high‑quality outcomes for the people it serves.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £39,360 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
About You
* Proven experience providing high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders or executives
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work proactively and independently, and handle confidential information with discretion
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Proven ability to build and maintain positive, effective working relationships, and navigate ambiguity with confidence
* Experience undertaking research, preparing reports and creating professional presentations
* Experience recording meetings, with demonstrated speed, accuracy and sound business awareness
