Minerva Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Harlow Council for a Garage Officer to join their Area Housing Team on a temporary basis for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This role requires the successful candidate to be based on site and play a key part in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused garage and hardstanding management service.
About the Role
Harlow Council is committed to delivering excellent customer care and value-for-money housing services. As a Garage Officer, you will be responsible for managing a designated ward-based patch, acting as the main point of contact for residents regarding garage and hardstanding services. You will ensure tenant satisfaction while maximising the use and performance of the Councils garage and hardstanding stock.
You will work closely with colleagues across Estate and Tenancy Management, contributing to the effective delivery of the Councils Garage and Hardstanding Strategy.
