Senior Product Manager

Up to £105,000 plus benefits
This is a high impact senior product role within a fast growing AI driven life sciences business at a pivotal stage of scale. You will take ownership of product strategy and roadmap, helping to mature product capability and translate advanced technology into clear commercial value for pharmaceutical R and D teams.
The Role
* Own and evolve product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
* Strengthen product foundations, processes and frameworks
* Mentor and support existing product managers, raising overall product maturity
* Develop deep understanding of customers, segments and unmet needs
* Translate customer insight into clear, prioritised product opportunities
* Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success
* Connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and performance metrics
* Shape the future direction of the core platform and new product opportunities
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial product management experience across the full lifecycle
* Proven ability to scale and mature products in complex technology environments
* Experience working with data driven, AI enabled or highly technical products
* Clear communicator, comfortable working with scientific and technical teams
* Go to market exposure and ability to link product strategy to revenue impact
