You’re a relationship builder, solution finder and campaign orchestrator with a flair for spotting and seizing new opportunities. You juggle tasks with meticulous organisation, bringing together sponsorship and marketing partners to turn big ideas into tangible results. How you make it all possible…


* Support and deliver the group’s sponsorship programme with industry bodies and associations, including attending key and relevant industry events associated with the sponsorship. Providing post-event and monthly ROI reports to the Head of PR & Marketing and senior stakeholders. This requires regular communication with our sales team to track such results.
* Produce and deliver content as part of the wider comms strategy across all channels (social, mobile, DM, print, web and other media channels where appropriate).
* Deliver on ad-hoc advertising opportunities (including paid) across media channels including management of content creation for these pieces.
* Project manage DRPG branded events and activations with the various DRPGroup brands, in-house services and the sales team. Owning the activity’s business objective and creative conception all the way through to onsite brand representation and ROI reports.
* A standard sponsorship package of 2m x 2m expo stand and a keynote speaking slot should be independently manageable by a Marketing & Engagement Executive at DRPG. Larger scale events may include support from a DRPG Live team members.
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Executive with HubSpot Data management and creation of sequences, templates, and forms for the Sales & Marketing Team.
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Executive with website updates and content for landing pages with consideration of tagging and SEO/SEM implementation of all digital content assets to support the wider goal of driving relevant traffic.
* Assist in the creation, project management and delivery of the marketing element of group campaigns, including video content, ESG content and downloadable resources as well as brand launches and internal events including Christmas campaigns and CSR activities.
* Take a commercial approach to all marketing activity, with strong negotiation skills for sponsorship agreements, and getting the best deals when working with external suppliers, venues and partners.


Secondary/ shared duties:


* Support the Head of PR & Marketing by proposing and delivering the marketing strategies for other DRPGroup brands and/or services when needed.
* Providing reporting, analysis and recommendations of the marketing activity they are responsible for, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Attend internal, client and industry events (sometimes as DRPG’s main marketing contact) as and when required.
* Administrative duties including raising purchase orderss and invoices, drafting contracts and agreements, and managing own expenses for event related costs.
* Presenting to senior stakeholders regarding marketing strategy and updates.


PR & Marketing Team Core Accountabilities:


* Alignment and delivery of the strategy and comms activity as agreed by the CEO and Head of PR & Marketing annually.
* Brand ambassador for the group, checking accuracy and consistency of all collateral both physical, digital and online (internal and external) to ensure there are no conflicts with the overarching tone of voice and brand guidelines.


What’s in your toolbox…


* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Mac OS and Keynote is desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with marketing tools on CRM systems such as HubSpot is desirable but not essential
* Extremely creative, able to present and pursue projects from concept to execution
* Extremely passionate of the marketing function
* Provide rationale and context for decisions with evidence and research
* You can manage your time and have a proven delivery record
* You work confidently, collaboratively and closely with team members from all areas of the business
* You’re a fantastic communicator and the networking part of this job excites you
* Not afraid to challenge and/ or chase stakeholders for information, supporting work or a brief
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Positive and motivated attitude towards finding solutions
* Must have experience in B2B and Digital Marketing
* Knowledge of Sponsorship, Events and Activations preferred
* Strong comprehension of best practices for copy across all touch points
* The ability to proof both your own work and the work of others
