Wisteria Talent is recruiting for a experienced service advisor for a client based in Bristol. Our clients is a family owned business who is well recognised in the market.
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and attention throughout their vehicle service journey. From greeting customers and understanding their service needs to coordinating repairs and providing accurate cost estimate.
The role is on-site Monday to Friday with a requirement to work a half day on Saturdays, which will be a 1 in 2 rota. Your hours of work will be 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 12:00 Saturday (on rota 1:3)
