Do you want a role where your ideas matter, your enthusiasm counts, and your work makes a real difference to maternity and neonatal safety across England?
NHS Resolution is recruiting a Maternity (Perinatal) Incentive Scheme (MIS) Coordinator to join a small, expert, and evolving national team at a genuinely exciting point in the scheme’s development. This is not a static administrative role; it is an opportunity to help shape how a high‑profile national programme works, grows, and connects with the wider system.
About the Role
The Maternity (Perinatal) Incentive Scheme is a nationally significant programme that supports NHS trusts to improve safety and quality in maternity and neonatal care. As MIS Coordinator, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with the MIS Clinical Lead and Associates to support delivery of the scheme and to help it evolve.
You will act as a central point of coordination for national meetings, training events, webinars and stakeholder engagement, while also supporting governance, audit, tracking and reporting processes. Just as importantly, you will be encouraged to bring forward ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape how the team works as the scheme continues to develop.
This role offers significant autonomy, variety, and exposure. One day you might be organising a national event with trusts and professional bodies; another day you might be improving tracking systems, supporting governance processes, or responding to stakeholder queries. You will work with colleagues across NHS Resolution and with trusts, regions, ICBs, national bodies and service user partners.
