Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Finance Saas)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Equity scheme
Fully Remote – UK
Company:
This is your chance to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing SaaS businesses, an award-winning, mid-market cloud accounting platform that’s scaling at pace, doubling revenue year-on-year and backed by a £25m growth investment to accelerate product innovation, data capabilities, and go-to-market reach. They’ve earned spots on both the FT1000 and Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 lists for outstanding growth, and their trajectory is only getting steeper.
Why this role exists
Revenue Operations is the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. You’ll be the senior individual contributor who turns complex, cross-functional problems into clean, scalable systems, building reporting, automation, and process improvements that directly unlock productivity and drive growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Build the reporting engine – Create and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, attribution, and marketing performance, giving leadership timely, accurate insight.
* Automate everything possible – Design and implement AI-driven and no-code automations (HubSpot workflows, Zapier/n8n, AI enrichment/lead scoring) to reduce manual work and strengthen integrations.
* Own cross-functional solutions – Gather requirements, run discovery through to delivery, and land measurable improvements across GTM teams.
* Map and standardise – Document processes and align execution across HubSpot, Clay, Freshdesk, Asana, Teamwork, and the wider tech stack.
* Guard data quality – Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks and conversion gaps, and implement fixes.
* Future-proof the stack – Evaluate and integrate new GTM tools in ABM, analytics, and enrichment.
What you’ll bring
* 3+ years in RevOps or Marketing Ops within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled businesses, with ownership of lead-to-revenue systems and analytics.
* Solid experience with modern GTM & BI tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, SQL a plus).
* Systems thinking, stakeholder management skills, and a bias for continuous improvement.
* Nice to have: ABM/marketing analytics experience (Demandbase, 6sense, GA, Funnel) and/or exposure to finance software.
