Salary: £37,800 – £44,300 per annum + straight from industry £6,000 levelling up fund for the first 2 years
Role Overview We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced industry professional—qualified to Level 3 in Bricklaying—who is ready to inspire the next generation of tradespeople.
You’ll be delivering engaging and hands-on teaching in:
Level 1 Construction Skills
Level 1 & 2 Brickwork programmes
Your role will involve a mix of workshop-based practical training and classroom theory sessions, preparing learners for further study or employment in the construction sector.

What you need
Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying (and equivalent experience)
Teaching qualification preferred, but not essential — full training can be provided
Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor learners of varying skill levels
Strong industry knowledge and a commitment to passing on your skills
