If you have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, experience with older adults or dementia care, or training in medication or first aid, that's a bonus, but not a must.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, comfort, and joy. Your day-to-day work will include:
* Assisting residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene, always with respect for their preferences
* Supporting at mealtimes such as serving food, assisting with eating where needed, and encouraging good hydration
* Helping residents move safely around the home and assisting with transfers, like from bed to chair
* Observing and recording any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing, and reporting these to senior staff promptly
* Encouraging involvement in social activities, hobbies, and gentle movement to help residents stay active and engaged
* Administering medication safely and in line with care plans (for those trained to do so)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: £12.21-£12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
