GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Tendering Support Team Leader Waterwho would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
As the Tendering Support Team Leader Water your key responsibilities are
Supervision of the Tendering Support Team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring work is carried out to required standards within timescales
Devise and implement new working processes and procedures as required. Review current processes to ensure these are fit for purpose and meet customer experience requirements
Investigate water and waste network capacities for new developments.
Process and review reports from incumbents to ensure the information is accurate and consistent
Manage relationships with incumbents to ensure ease of working
About you
Grade C or above in English and Math GCSE or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent
Knowledge and/or experience in the utility industry desirable
ILM Level 3 desirable
