Duties: The role involves working with an 14 year old Boy who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, a severe learning disability is non verbal. He has a great sense of humour and is adventurous, you will support him in his day to day family and personal life. * Engaging in social activities with family and friends. * Encouraging and promoting independence where possible. * Support with travel and on holidays * Assisting with personal care routines as required. * Support dietary requirements with PEG feeding. * Performing physiotherapy exercises under guidance. * Work alongside the existing MDT and other Support Workers. * Other light domestic chores as requested Criteria: * Full UK driving License. * Experience working with young people with complex conditions. * Strong communication skills and good at building positive relationships. * Respectful of confidentiality and professional boundaries. * Patient, fun, and with a good sense of humour. * Able to work independently and adapt to varying routines.
