As a Repairs Administrator, you will be:
1. Managingresponsive maintenance cases from initial report through to completion
2. Coordinating appointments for residents, contractors, and surveyors
3. Maintaining accurate case files and housing records
4. Supporting surveyors with reports and administrative duties
5. Monitoring progress of remedial works and maintenance activity
6. Providing residents with regular updates throughout ongoing cases
7. Updating housing management systems accurately
