Your role will sit within 368’s Marketing Engagement team, which consists of Deloitte’s email marketing experts. We maximize ROI and drive growth by leveraging data and automation, utilizing Marketo. We build personalized customer journeys, advise on email content development, and work with stakeholders to ensure a compliant and connected communication journey for our clients. Our custom integration with Salesforce CRM provides real-time insights for analyzing communication effectiveness, directly influencing opportunity value.

Deloitte seeks a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Campaign Senior Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will own end-to-end marketing automation campaigns, working with clients and stakeholders to execute their vision and maximize success. Key responsibilities include:

1. Understanding campaign objectives and translating them into automation strategies.
2. Managing campaign execution: segmentation, email development, landing pages, reporting.
3. Advising on content and strategic tactics to optimize performance.
4. Analyzing data to track progress, measure success, and identify improvements.
5. Championing a test-and-learn approach to enhance effectiveness.
6. Educating the business on automation best practices, data hygiene, and compliance.
7. Collaborating to improve processes and ensure data integrity.

We seek a logical thinker comfortable with marketing automation platforms and campaign management. Experience with Marketo is preferred. You should be a clear communicator, able to articulate complex processes, and proactive in managing multiple campaigns efficiently.
