We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience in procurement and inventory management across an international portfolio of materials and services.
* Knowledge of digital KANBAN or similar inventory systems.
* Strong understanding of supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
* Experience managing a small team, with the ability to provide guidance and support.
* Familiarity with compliance, reporting, and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
You are:
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
* A proactive problem-solver who looks for opportunities to improve processes and supplier performance.
* Confident in leading a team, supporting their development, and getting the best from people.
* Able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across functions and locations.
* Comfortable taking ownership of projects and decisions, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
