With a talented team of Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers, this practice is renowned for designing inspiring, functional spaces that genuinely enhance everyday life. This role offers the chance to contribute to a wide range of exciting projects. Qualifications & Experience: RIBA Part 1, 2 & 3 – (or equivalent qualifications) ARB Registration – Preferred Experience across multiple industry sectors Proficiency in Revit (certification is a plus) and AutoCAD Knowledge of NBS and Building Regulations Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills Key Responsibilities: Lead project design and coordination, focusing on a primary project. Produce detailed working drawing packages. Contribute to planning and regulatory applications. Manage and coordinate design information. Support project administration, attend meetings, take minutes, and conduct technical research. Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors. Assist with issuing and receiving drawings and project information. Skills & Attributes: Strong technical design and detailing skills. Proficiency in relevant architectural software. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
