The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help bring our marketing strategy to life through campaigns, events, content creation, and sales enablement activity. Supporting a business that delivers intelligence installed across critical infrastructure, this role plays a key part in strengthening our brand, engaging technical audiences, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Campaign Delivery Support
* Execute marketing tasks as directed by Head of Marketing and coordinated by senior marketing team members
* Produce and publish marketing assets across channels
* Support delivery of multi‑channel campaign outputs
* Maintain awareness of marketing trends and best practice to support improved campaign execution and contribute ideas for optimisation.
Event Support & Delivery
* Assist in planning and delivery of marketing events
* Support logistics, materials preparation, and on-the-day execution
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams as required
Sales Enablement Support
* Assist in creation and maintenance of sales enablement materials
* Ensure materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaign messaging
* Support distribution and organisation of sales content
Third‑Party Coordination Support
* Assist in briefing and managing external suppliers
* Track delivery of assets from designers, copywriters, and print suppliers
* Support feedback and revision cycles
Reporting & Administration
* Support collection of campaign performance data
* Assist with reporting and tracking of marketing activity
What We Are Looking For:
* 2–5 years marketing experience
* Strong organisational and execution skills
* Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
* Ability to work to structured briefs and deadlines
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Strong attention to detail with an eye for creative quality and brand consistency
Desirable, but not essential:
* Oil & gas industry marketing experience
