The successful IT Apprentice will gain hands-on experience supporting modern, BRCGS AA-accredited facilities while enjoying a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements to suit their lifestyle, and the benefit of a two-week company shutdown over Christmas, providing valuable time to rest and recharge.
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Perform password resets for users.
Manage accounts using Windows Active Directory.
Administer user access and permissions via the Office 365 Admin Portal.
Act as first-line triage for IT issues: resolve or escalate as necessary.
Install, configure and upgrade hardware components.
Install, configure and upgrade software locally or remotely using TeamViewer and PowerShell.
Use tools like Command Prompt, NinjaOne and Unifi Wi-Fi management for network tasks.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Due to the nature of the role, a driving license and own transport is required.
Grade 5 in GSCE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
