As a vital member of our team, you will:
* Assist in dispensing medication under pharmacist supervision, maintaining accuracy and legal compliance.
* Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
* Contribute to the team by maintaining an organized, efficient workflow.
* Manage inventory, organising, stocking, and ensuring pharmaceutical integrity.
* Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling queries.
* Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
Who Are We Searching For?
* A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, preferably an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
* Exceptional customer service skills, displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and safety of all operations.
