The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, your role will be varied and rewarding, including: Providing tailored support for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. Running small group or one-to-one interventions to help pupils progress. Supporting students’ personal, social and emotional development. Helping create a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment. About You: Experience working with young people in an education, youth work or care setting is desirable. You will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire are key.
