The Role Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in: * Assisting with cost planning and budgeting * Preparing and reviewing tender documentation * Supporting subcontractor procurement * Valuations and payment applications * Variations and cost control * Assisting with final accounts * Site visits and progress monitoring This is a hands-on role offering exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of development projects.
