Working with learners in their workplaces, often for some of the UK’s most renowned hospitality brands, you’ll deliver the apprenticeship standard. This includes providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them earn career-enhancing qualifications. You’ll also assist them in acquiring transferable skills in Maths and English if needed, while managing your own administrative tasks.
It’s rewarding to contribute to rebuilding a sector impacted by Brexit and Covid, with the added benefit of a better work-life balance, as there are no late finishes or weekend work.
As industry champions, we’ve launched the Loving Hospitality initiative and operate our Chef Academy, an advanced Apprenticeship programme aimed at supporting retention.
What will you bring to the role?
Along with recent professional experience at Supervisor or Management level in hospitality, both front and back of house, you will have:
* NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality
* Extensive vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, and beverage service
* Experience working in high-demand environments with targets and tight deadlines
* Strong communication and self-motivation skills
* GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or equivalent)
* Experience working autonomously
Additional advantageous but not essential qualifications include:
* NVQ Level 3 in senior production chef or hospitality supervision
* BTEC Level 3 in hospitality management
* Experience operating within WBL/education environments
