The Package
* £45,000 per annum

The Job Role
* Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across restaurant, bar, events, and banqueting departments
* Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, team training, and overall operational performance
* Manage labour, stock control, GP margins, and departmental budgets to maximise profitability
* Work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across corporate, leisure, and wedding business streams
The Requirements
* Previous Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating large teams
* Commercially aware with knowledge of stock control, labour management, and driving profitability
* Passionate about guest experience with excellent communication and organisational skills
