Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of workstreams from receipt to completion, ensuring timely scheduling in line with SLAs and internal priorities. Build daily and weekly work schedules for field teams, optimising routes for maximum productivity. Coordinate with operational supervisors, project managers, and contractors to align schedules with resource availability. Monitor progress, update schedules, and proactively resolve conflicts or delays. Maintain accurate records of planned versus completed works to support reporting and commercial functions. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Provide outstanding customer service through phone and digital communication tools.
